Spicy or non spicy, dry or not dry

This Soft Tofu Rice Noodle （湘味豆花米线）might stay to be my favorite thing for a while.

When @ultravioletzhao first made me try it, I was worried that it'd be too spicy for me, and I was never a dry-noodle person! It turned out that it was more rich and flavorful than being flat spicy, and the soft tofu brought everything so well together! Most of all, the rice noodles were solid "ricy" compared to the other ones that were mostly "corn starchy"...

PS. I also don't feel thirsty after eating it so I assume there's not much MSG? Haha

+ The portion is good for two people to share.

- 不怎么辣 超香
- 豆花和蔬菜还有肉燥拌起来一点也不干
- 米粉质感也超好 是糯糯的！
- 吃完不渴 感觉没有味精✌️
- 两个人分着吃刚好啦
